General terms and conditions
These terms and conditions of purchase
(hereinafter “Terms”) is a legal document binding
on the Parties and determines the rights, duties
and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller when
the Buyer purchases products from the e-shop.
The Seller reserves the right to revise, amend or add to the Terms at any time according to applicable legal requirements. The Buyer is informed on the e-shop website. The Terms apply whenever the Buyer shops at the e-shop, and during the placement of their order.
The following persons have the right to make purchases at the e-shop:
- natural persons of capacity, i.e., persons who are of age and whose capacity has not been limited in court;
- under-age persons between the ages of 14 and 18, if they have the permission of their parents or carers, except in those cases when they independently manage their income;
- legal persons;
- the authorised representatives of all of the above.
By confirming these Terms, the Buyer also guarantees that, based on point 1.3 of these Terms, the Buyer has the right to purchase products at the e-shop.
The agreement between the Buyer and Seller is considered in force from the moment the Buyer, having completed their basket, indicated their address, selected a payment method and read the Seller’s Terms, presses the button ‘Confirm order’ (see Article 4 ‘Terms of Purchase’).
Every agreement between the Buyer and the Seller is stored at the e-shop.
